Warranty Claims
What Warranty Covers:
Defects in Materials – Inverter covers warranty due to any factory defects, such as issues with the inverter’s components.
Performance Guarantee – The warranty covers 10 years of guaranteed efficiency and software support for our product, ensuring proper performance & timely updates.
Replacement Policy – Replacement If the inverter fails, the warranty may cover the cost of the replacement of parts or the entire unit.
Labour Expense – Covers The warranty will cover the Labour Expense involved in repairing or replacing the inverter.
Manufacturer’s Defect – If the inverter fails because of a manufacturing defect, the warranty will cover full repairs or a replacement.
What Warranty Does NOT Cover:
Damage due to Improper Installation – If the inverter was installed incorrectly or not by a qualified professional, the warranty may be voided.
Natural Disasters – : Damage caused by events like floods, earthquakes, fires, or other natural disasters is typically not covered.
Unauthorized Repairs – If someone not authorized by the manufacturer repairs the inverter, the warranty can be voided.
Damage Due to External Factors – If the inverter is damaged due to external factors like animal interference or misuse, the warranty won’t cover it.
System Voltage Overload –If the inverter is exposed to voltages that aren’t included in its range, it may void the warranty.
Cosmetic Damage – Minor scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality is usually not covered.
Hardware Damage – Any physical or hardware damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors is not covered under the warranty.
